Help for kids

If you're a kid, here are some tips for getting Popnoggin, or getting the most out of Popnoggin.

I don't have Popnoggin, but I think it may help me.

You're right, it may help you. Do you ever get stuck on math problems or get them wrong because of mistakes with addition or multiplication? Popnoggin can help you master your basic match facts while you play your own games.

Did your teacher ever assign a project to memorize a long list? Popnoggin has lots of the same subjects that teachers assign for kids to learn at home.

Talk to your parents and tell them that Popnoggin can solve two problems, making your computer time more worthwhile, and helping you with your school and grades.

I have Popnoggin but I don't like it. It's too hard.

Most frustration with Popnoggin is when too many new subjects are turned on. Talk with your parents about reducing the number of subjects, and switching to new ones once you've mastered them. They can see how you're doing by looking at your scores inside Popnoggin Settings.

Popnoggin pops up too much, too fast

If Popnoggin is set for 15 seconds or longer, you'll probably get used to it soon. But remember, you can earn Time Credit by clicking in the upper-right corner of Popnoggin. Answer a whole bunch of questions and you won't see Popnoggin for a long time!

Popnoggin pops up when I'm doing my homework

Popnoggin already avoids lots of programs that kids use for homework. But if it's popping over yours, your parents can add exceptions for anything that's school-related, whether programs or web pages. Ask a parent to use the Interruption tab in Popnoggin Settings.
